Analytical Study of the crimes of Artificial Intelligence
Abstract
“AI” is considered one of the most advance features of computer science and it has brought a wonderful innovation in modern technological world. There are four basic approaches of AI which include thinking humanly, thinking rationally, acting humanly, and acting rationally. The first two are related to process and rational while the rest two deal with behavior and action; these two concepts lead it to enter into the human domain because doing an action is a feature of human beings too. However, human actions are quite different in nature; they could harm a person and commit aggression and crime and such crimes and aggressions carry legal consequences. So we confront some important questions in this scenario: if an AI(Robot) commits any aggression or crime, what would be the legal consequences? Who will be responsible for this aggression? Who will compensate the damages and pay the reimbursement? This paper deals with these particular aspects of “AI” from a jurist perspective.
